An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service & Security Manager to lead the on site team and integrate with centre management at this very busy shopping centre.
The Role
The day to day leadership and management of the Customer Service team, delivering an effective and efficient service in customer service and security
To integrate and communicate with the Centre Management team
Manage the contract as per client specification overseeing the Car Parks, Control Room, Malls and Customer Service desk.
Manage and schedule staff including recruitment, training, disciplinary and welfare issues
Act as Client liaison and attend meetings as required.
To rise to the day to day challenges of the role
Understand Health and Safety procedures, inspections and reporting
To liaise and secure relationships with external agencies as required

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, first rate planning proficiency, excellent communications skills and have experience of managing a large team
The candidate will lead by example, inspiring their team every step of the way
The candidate will have held a similar management role, with a proven track record within the customer service industry
Be flexible to the needs of the contract.
To have the ability to build professional relationships with numerous retail tenants
Have the ability to take the lead and work on own initiative to achieve and set targets
Must be eligible to gain or hold an SIA Licence
Be unique and be able bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role.
