My client a leading manned guarding company has a fantastic opportunity for a security account director, you will need to have either SC or DV clearance, and you will have full responsibility for delivering and managing sufficient resources to ensure a secure and safe environment for the customer to operate within.
You will effectively manage 3 direct reports and ensure they deliver their roles within bounds of their responsibility.
You will have experience of working to service level agreements and achieving KPI criteria.
You will lead and develop best practice in process and service.
You will be responsible for liaison with the client at a senior level and must be comfortable presenting information or even attending additional tender negotiations.
You will ensure that each team member receives regular reviews, appraisals and monitor personal performance.
There will potentially be a guard force over 150 so a minimum of 3-5 years security management experience is required.
Proven account management as well as demonstrate experience of workforce management.
You will also need to have good financial, numeracy and literacy skills.
Experience of Microsoft Office as a user is also required.
Package: £45k P.A basic salary + Car (Type tbc), Blackberry, Laptop etc
